Unique License

With our license you may:

• Use content in electronic templates and design templates intended for resale (provided the recipient is only permitted to use or access content with the template).
• Use content for goods or services intended for resale including without limitation, t-shirts, mugs, posters, greeting cards or other merchandise.
• As a digital reproduction, including on websites, in online advertising, in social media, in mobile advertising, software, e-cards, e-publications (e-books, e-magazines, blogs, etc.), email marketing and in online media.
• Use the content in an unlinited number of projects in any media
• For your own personal, non-commercial use (not for resale, download or distribution.)
• Web Use – Footage can be used on social media websites, in mobile apps and on sites such as YouTube or Vimeo. It can even be used in content that will be digitally downloaded. The audience size limit for this type of web use is up to 800,000 (stock footage).
• Live Performances – The footage can also be used at live performances such as musicals, corporate presentations, concerts and musicals with an audience size limit of 800,000 (stock footage).
• On Websites – Videos that are embedded on actual web pages have no audience limit restrictions (stock footage).

Non-exclusive, meaning that you do not have exclusive rights to use the content. The Stock Image Hut can license the same content to other customers.

With our license you may NOT:

• Use the downloaded content in a way that depicts models or property with a subject that a person could consider immoral, examples of which could include without limitation, ads for tobacco, adult entertainment clubs or similar venues, political parties or other opinion based based movments or implying mental or physical impairment.
• No Unlawful Use. You may not use content in a pornographic, defamatory or other unlawful manner.
• No Use in Trademark or Logo. You may not use content as part of a trademark, design mark, tradename, business name, service mark, or logo.
• You may not falsely represent that you are the original creator/author of the downloaded content or allow a third party to download and use content.
